Registering a domain name and hosting one is sometimes mistaken by many people to be one and the same thing. They are actually 2 separate services - the domain name registration is the actual name and nothing else, while the hosted domains feature refers to the amount of already registered domain names which you can accommodate in the same hosting account and have site files and email messages for them. Your websites will work in exactly the same way no matter whether the domain addresses are registered and hosted at the same place or are registered with company A and pointed to company B. Simply registering a domain name without hosting it will grant you ownership, but will not enable you to have a website if you don't host this domain address in some account so that records for it are created and it starts opening the information from that account.
Hosted Domains in Cloud Hosting
Our cloud hosting plans provide a different number of domains that you can host in a single account. If you would like to have one or a few web sites, you do not need a lot of system resources, so you don't have to pay for a very powerful package and you can choose a lower-end one. If you choose to have more websites later on, you can always upgrade the whole plan or only the hosted domains function of your current package - it is going to take just a few clicks in your hosting CP to achieve that. There is absolutely no limit on how many domains you'll be able to register through our company and by choosing the most suitable plan, you can select how many of them you'll actually host. If you currently have domain names which are registered through a different provider, you'll be able to host them with us as well and employ our web and e mail hosting services for them.
